Lyrica Mia Marquez expands on the science, involving sacred geometry, within the Lightworkers and Autistics toning meditation, as explained to her by Angel Metatron.

Metatron speaking to me now. The Chrysalis Gold Grid is a template for the new Sacred Human. It is situated in an etheric dimension far beyond Earth. Another way to envision the Grid is as a sacred geometry template that holds the keys, codes, and technology for the advanced human expression here on Earth.
We gather together in the Grid to draw upon the elements that we need to seat in this Divine state of ascension. Metatron wants toners to know that the science here is of an ancient Atlantean lineage. This science is speaking to us through codes that have emerged from the Mitchell-Hedges Skull treasury. These codes are situated as word thoughts. Yet I have now seen sacred geometry symbols emerge out of these word thoughts that activate the alchemy of transformation. This alchemy is working on both a group level and an individual level.
Metatron says that the individual work is dearly washing out the interference patterns that are blocking a group mind perfection. That’s one level of Grid activity.
In the asked for Sacred Partnership of Autistics and Lightworkers is where another level of work is being done. Here the unified field grows as each group contributes their part to the whole. The Autistics hold the space and pattern of being in the Oneness and the Lightworkers hold the space and pattern for how to be in physical form. Each group is seeking a greater experience held in the partnering group. The bridge that holds the partnership together is how much both groups hold a high frequency, an open heart, and a desire to serve humanity.
In the tones, the science of sharing each other’s patterning takes place. The tones activate the science ways of altering the patterning of each soul present. This process requires a soul choice to fully manifest. The Autistics must choose more embodiment and the Lightworkers must choose to be more present in the Oneness. Ultimately both groups are merging their Higher Self and human self together. They are simply starting from different positions and moving into a state of sacred harmony.
For me personally, where my own energy grid touches the Chrysalis Gold Grid is when and how the science starts. At first I was just seeing and experiencing the big Grid and becoming more intimate with it. Then at some point the big Grid came into my personal energy grid and they merged. Suddenly I was the Chrysalis Gold Grid and that Grid was me. Since then I have been watching the coming together and moving apart of these two sacred energy homes.
When I experience being both grids together, I stand very tall in my identity. When they are not joined, I experience the parts of me that are separate from my Oneness. When I have support to dearly heal these areas in me, I gain a greater sense of my true identity. So the Grid is helping me develop a sense of self that includes both my Oneness and my physical state of being.
We have much to learn about the Grid process that can best be understood through individual experience. There is no one experience here…instead there are many that together become the one. The fusion of all experiences will activate the next level of Grid activity. We are all pioneers here on a wondrous adventure to experience and become our soul’s truth. When this happens the group soul will emerge into its fullness to fulfill its destiny of planetary service.
