In my post last week, Are autistic people telepathic?, I revealed one of the gifts of autism is telepathy, the ability to communicate through mind talking. This skill is not limited to people however, as animal communication is among the gifts experienced by autistic individuals.
Recently Lyrica and I visited some friends and she shared a moment with a couple of dogs. Lyrica explained about the picture.
We are meeting soul to soul merging in a way unlike human relationships. We have no agenda except appreciating our touching together in the moment. See how intense this communication is. It does not open up wanting or needing, it is just pure. — Lyrica
How beautiful. Certainly we can take a cue from this demonstrative unconditional love. It is clearly indicative of mindfulness or being in the moment.
Animal communication is a gift of autism.
Do you have any stories about telepathic communications with your pets? Would love for you to share.

How ironic? Last Sunday, I was visiting with a friend with severe non verbal autism. She had a WECS – word exchange book.
out of the blue, she pulled the ticket for her dogs name. then she pulled the ticket helps me. Intrigued, that night during meditation, I decided to try an exercise my “telepathic muscle” for more understanding.
I asked, how does Sadie(fictitious name since I didn’t ask the dogs permission lol ) hept you? Below is the response I received.
I committed to Sadie. She intrinsically knows my moods and needs. She balances out my system by offering an energetic field that is stable and consistent. s She provides the stability and consistency that I often need to center myself. I am grateful for her presence. At times I need it more than others. That is why I initially did not want to leave home with you and Mom. I needed an attunement and stabilizing force that only Sadie coul adequately provide. She spent many years tuning into my frequency and silently giving me strength. I honor her deep commitment and presence in my life. She is a remarkable gift to my soul?
I went on to telepathically ask, ” Do dogs in general affect people with severe autism this way? Response: I do not know but I
Suggest that a rhythm between the two energies can provide a profound effect on making the person feel accepted and unconditionally loved. Dogs do not judge. They accept you for who you are and do not try to fix you
Or make you more “normal”. Acceptance, non judgement, balance, and unconditional love is good for silent souls and the population in general. The benefits of the family cat or dog are often underrated. If you only knew how much they do for you and how little they ask in return. I love Sadie.
I readit to her this afternoon and she indicated her approval.
Her only supported typing comment was, “Sadie ease my discomfort.”
Mary Ann, Thank you AND your insight-full friend for such an amazing response. I never cease to be amazed at the wisdom of the autistic souls who have kindred spirit support to help them share their truth. What wondrous teachers!
